Cutscene sound out of step with the picture

FusionFix has a setting that locks the cutscene picture to its sound. In a cutscene, press D-pad Up (or the Up arrow key) until the screen shows CutscAudioSync2. The game saves the choice, so you only do it once.

Something looks invisible right after a teleport

GTA IV needs a moment to load an area after a long jump across the map. Wait a few seconds before driving off.
